Staples's 'Kashmir' Managers Chair

Yep, mine was bought about 10 years ago, moved house with it a few months back, still so comfy, racked up hours of sleep on it! Creaks like a mofo though!

They've nicked my picture also, the two chairs next to each other with the left one ripped :)
 
Mine is still going strong, got a new gas lift for it and I'm super-happy at not having to fork out for a new chair :)

Got one of these gas lifts ( some people may prefer 7")

Get a rubber mallet, turn the chair upside down and whack at the plate to loosen the cylinder, then do the same on the wheel base to get the cylinder out of there - wasn't hard, Then just put the new one in.

I'd like it re-upholstered but for now I'm just using a cushion.
 
Mine's still going too. I've also replaced the gas lift, as they went a 2-3 years ago, and I've also replaced the wheels in the last few months with "rollerblade" style ones, so they're smoother & better for the new hard floor in my home office.

Been contemplating replacing with a new chair though (mainly because even when locked in place, it's too reclined), but don't really fancy spending a few £100 for a Steelcase/Herman Miller
