Hmm i did try disabling everything mic wise. Didn't try everything though. May give that a shot depending on how it goes with the headset.

yeah you need to disable all audio, output and inputs in the "manage sound devices" screen

booted up my Quest , and i cant see in VR, only outside, like someone has double tapped my headset to see outside
