Star Trek Bridge Crew

I would be up for a game over the weekend.

Slam · 29 Jul 2018 at 00:04

I bought the dlc from the ubisoft store, I see it says activation is automatic. probably being stupid but I don't see a way to access the dlc in game?!

* duh - just found the download button in the "owned dlc" section. guess I press that

** doesn't work - says failed to start download

Uncle Petey · 29 Jul 2018 at 00:14

You access it in the same menu you use to choose between the Aegis and the old Enterprise.

Slam · 29 Jul 2018 at 00:31

Thanks, it isn't an option yet but I can see that there's space for it.
Problem is that the dlc won't download, can't get past the failed to download message

Uncle Petey · 29 Jul 2018 at 00:43

Dunno mate, I got it on the steam store.

Hope you have better luck than me when you do eventually get it though. I can't even play it in VR, as it crashes on launch. Works fine in 2D and all my other VR games run ok...
Haven't been able to find a fix yet, though it seems to be a common unity engine related crash, going by the error log.

Please try it with a group that have never played before. Find 4 of you. And may you have as many tears of laughter streaming down your face as we did @melmac @Ravenger @ShiWarrior

LostCorpse · 18 Sep 2024 at 12:37

The biggest issue is that some of you may be actually competent at the game, which would lessen the absolute hilarity of things going wrong. Though I suppose you might get the the game a bit more easily

drakulton · 18 Sep 2024 at 12:44

I thought they shut they server down on this , so it's no longer multiplayer?

ShiWarrior · 18 Sep 2024 at 12:47

no idea
we could load the game and see i suppose

LostCorpse · 18 Sep 2024 at 13:07

so really not sure at the moment but people are looking like they are playing if now were else on steam

edit
edit : a bit more digging suggest it works best on PCvr and to forget QuestVR.
i am determiuned to play this multiplayer at least once!
