The game is wide open for critcism but it does get tiresome reading through the same people posting the same things. It isn't going to change so just accept it the way it is and spend the time playing games you do enjoy :)

Yup nothing to do with the films just like this one but will be another battlefront title supposedly, complete and utter joke afaic.... The current game is only just out and needs to be fixed/improved, not to mention they probably still need to work on the last couple of DLC packs.

Pretty much sums my thoughts up.

I really hope they don't scrap the battlefield franchise for this but honestly, given the low sales for BF 4 and I think even BF 3 did pretty poorly... especially in comparison to this game, I wouldn't be surprised if we see a yearly star wars battlefront release instead :(

Answer me this you both aren't even getting the game or even contributed to it in any shape or form, why are you even here posting in a thread that has no interest to you both other than to try an troll the thread?
 
I will respond to Cyber, even though he is now away on Holiday.

I do intend to buy the game, a lot of the people I regularily play games with have bought it and enjoy it, I want a good shooter that I will enjoy.

However DICE/EA always seem to ruin some aspect of the game, be it the gameplay, netcode, mechanics or the things they take out for DLC.

I want to know that my hard earned £20 - £25 will actually get me something of substance. I have seen EA rip people off too many times, and have myself been ripped off too many times. I also like to engage in discussion about games, if everyone loved everything games would stagnate and be boring.

An objective opinion doesn't always mean a troll, just someone who thinks a little differently than yourself.

I have said my peace (without resulting to derogatory remarks).
 
We played the beta (and I played the alpha too) and I give lots of feedback, which most people agreed on but DICE/EA didn't listen or do a single thing with what the majority wanted.

The final game is more or less the same except more weapons and more maps (a whole 4 maps that is... lmao), you don't need any more to judge the game play and basics of this game + the money making scheme of EA.....

There's a reason we have "reviews", youtube videos etc. it is to give potential buyers an idea as to what they can expect and not have people just wasting their money on said games.The only one who seems to be getting butt hurt here is you. Have you got shares in EA/DICE or something or are you just the typical fan boy of games where no matter what they are like, you will defend them with all your might? EA/Activision love your kind :D

And yes, our post count says everything.... :D We just know how to spend our money wisely, what's the saying.... a fool and his money are soon parted ;)

On a more serious note though... As I have said before many times, people are free to do what they want with their money and good for them if they are enjoying the game, genuinely happy that they are but for myself and many others, we expected a lot more from a star wars game by DICE.

My "moaning" was answering kiwi's question about me getting it so it is you who decided to throw the toys out the pram over my reply/answer to him....
