They are also doig 2 other sets of the first 3 and the last 3 for those who will apparently die if they watch the first three.

I'll be getting all 6 as I don't have any pre existing copies.

Far more importantly short term is the news that The Incredibles is out on Bluray on April 12th :P
 
Been in the works for ages, glad they are finally coming out. Still a good while to wait though!
 
If they really wanted to milk this cow dry they'd release the theatrical versions of IV, V and VI on BD minus much of the redundant CGI "enhancements".... or do the right thing by the fans and make use of branching in the BD version. Here's to a New Hope...

I've been an early adopter of every format SW has been on since they have been available. This time round I'm going to wait & see what St. Nicolas brings to me in his Hessian bag. I'll be interested to see if there is a CGI Yoda in EPI this time round. ;)
 
About time really; I guess there will be more extras in the 9 disc set; if you buy the two trilogy's separately you get six discs. I hope they put some effort into the extras rather than just recycling the DVD features.
Now I want the Indiana Jones trilogy on blu ray too. And the first Jurassic park.
