In the last couple of episodes they find those ancients travelling on their ship at near-light speed, they come back to Atlantis and tell everyone to get lost. O'Neill and Woolsey are there as ambassadors, when the replicators attack (yet again). Last thing we hear is a garbled audio/video of O'Neill saying something along the lines of "Replicators attacking, we're losing".

No the straight to DVD films are based on SG1. There were rumours that the people behind the original films were making sequels unrelated to SG1, but the makers of the series are doing films too.

Its being repeated on Saturday afternoon. 4 or 5 pm I think on Sky One.
