Stargate SG-1 and Atlantis *** Spoilers likely ***

The thing I don't get... is Stargate doesn't seem to be that popular in this country, yet according to the illegal download statistics, it's the most downloaded TV show in this country!?

What about Atlantis? S3?

I'm hoping for a third season of Atlantis, a mate of mine got me sooooo hooked on that.

I haven't seen any SG1 for along time, I am very behind on that one :(

Excellent, really am looking forward to season 3 of atlantis. May have to watcjh series 1 and 2 all over again :D

How far behind? If more than a couple of seasons, best to get all caught up (otherwise all the cast changes will come as something as a shock!).

I've really enjoyed S9 of SG-1 and S2 of Atlantis. A few reused ideas, but some good new ones -- best season of SG-1 for a couple of years IMO. Loved the homage to Quantum Leap on the ep where Carter & Mitchell phased (blue phasing effect, several 'oh boy' lines thrown in).
 
I haven't seen any SG-1 at a guess since season 3 ?? Really must borrow my mates collection, think he's got all the box sets so :D
 
-----Not spoilers, but what i think will happen.------------

Should be quite a cool ending, with what I can make out from the last episode, Daniel and Mitchell will hunt down King Arthur or Merlin, and try to get hold of the weapon capable of destroying ascended beings. Meanwhile Carter will be in the 'real world' fighting against the large fleet the Orai have managed to gather, I just wonder who she will be fighting with, since the only ship earth has left is now in the same galaxy as Atlantis, and so is that new ship that they borrowed on Saturdays episode of Atlantis. Will the Asguard help? Are they any use against the Orai? Or what about Baal.

Or at least that’s what I can make out from the sky guide, and what I've seen of the series so far. I was even sad enough to change my shift at work tomorrow so I will be home in time to see it.

That's weird considering there only seems to be a few days delay between it being shown in the US and being shown here.

Well why watch it here when you've downloaded it from America? lol. I personally wait to see it on TV *disclaimer*

Not heard anything on Atlantis Season 3, but I doubt they have any reason to cancel it.

yea Season 10 / Season 3 will air in July in the US, prob around Oct/Nov over here.

Finale should be good :D

When Season 10 airs it will be the longest running Sci-Fi ever, beating current leaders of X-Files :D

And it is very very popular over here!

Sounded funny in my head as well. :)

These have got to be the best series of both shows, admittedly SG-A is only in it's second series but... Can't wait for the next series.
