I had problems with my old HDD (a Samsung HD103SJ Spinpoint F3 1TB Hard Drive SATAII 7200rpm 32MB Cache - OEM) in which 108 bad clusters were found on it. This affected some files one my computer including important ones like GPU drivers and Windows Media Centre. I'm going to get these Crucial RealSSD M4 Raid Pack 2x 128GB (256GB) 2.5" SATA 6Gb/s SSDs and I have an OEM version of Windows 7, so I'm wondering whether I can start from scratch and re-download everything onto these drives in RAID 0 opposed to copy and pasting them on and whether it would be worth it?

If things like windows media centre are broken, then I would personally start from scratch, you don't want to have everything set up and then find out there's more corrupted files than you thought.
