There's been protesting at Fairford, hope the guys don't take it too seriously as they fly off into a warzone, risking life and limb. :(

Seems wrong to me; protesting in the face of soldiers doing their job.

Aye, silly place to protest at the moment tbh.

Also, todays protests have been a big dissapointment to the anti war camp. They were hoping for the numbers they gained before the war in London, ie one million. THere were no more than about 100,000 though, if that.

Just saying what they had put on their own site mate. I dont see why they would make it up.

Aah well. I didn't try voting twice as I assumed they'd be protected. It did cross my mind though so I don't really blame the multi-voters. I'd do the same. :D:o

hehe, aye, but they meant it was apparent that people were like, spending hours pressing "no" all day.

Iraq has asked the UN to stop the US led invasion.
Oh the irony, maybe the UN should say yes but only after you conform to all the outstanding UNSCR against you

I started this thread the second news came in of the 1st missile drop! Suprised its still here. Has turned into the official Iraq War news thread now i guess! Good stuff, keep the news coming. Its better than making a new thread for each news release, as everyone just seems to read this one. 8000 views in a few days!

News of conflict between Blair and Bush in the agenda for post war Iraq.

Also, in last half hour, anti aircraft fire is going up again.

Also, Iraqi civilians are looting government offices that have been hit, taking things like beds and air-con units.

News from a reporter with the troops saying they came upon quite a bit of resitance, including some tanks etc.

I had a look at the poll yesterday afternoon and it looked nothing like that. The percentage of people for the war was a hell of a lot higher. I recon some fools have been re-clicking no.

Yup, as posted above, they have.

Yesterday afternoon, it was like 65-70% yes.
