Why?

you have a decent risk of having your whole account banned, steam gifts are not allowed to be bought supposedly. if they catch on, say bye bye all your games!

i stick to steam keys and it has been no issues.

theres quite a few threads around the internet about it.

I find that Cdkeys & Amazon CD keys have better discounts than STEAM ! I don't even bother with buying games direct from them anymore.

Indeed, since the rise of cdkey sites steam sales always feel underwelming!

Will check it out anyway. For all the awful things said about it, i would take a punt on no mans sky for £5..

Steam sales haven't really offered me anything worthwhile in the last year or so, it's too expensive and the sales aren't anywhere near as good as they used to be. I guess they get enough sales form some people so don't need any more market share.

I am Setsuna is now £20.09 in the steam sale. Still too much for me to bite.

It seems everyone has cottoned on, steam sales are not what they used to be. In the past threads like these use to move so fast, relatively speaking it is dead in here. lol

Also steam servers not slowed down one bit. Before you would have to wait ages for pages to load.

I think, well pretty sure tbh, that the deals are the same now for the whole sale.

It will rotate the front page no doubt, but the deals are the same.

Been meaning to get my mits on one for a while now.

I did notice the last few times it was on sale that GAME matched the price.

I will hold out for a few days to see if it goes on sale at GAME, if not Steam it is.
