Worrying to say the least. Though that number is a lie as I've played CS:S for over 1000 hours, but Steam only has it at 170 odd hours.

10 years of steam. What was most surprising to me was how much time I have put into FTL (faster than light) It's 9th on my list for time spent playing. Counter Strike source is the highest, nearly half of my hours!!
 
Does it tell you which games you have that are no longer available to buy? In a way, that makes your account more valuable.
