Yeah but if im using a local italian connection it see's me as being in italy so i have to have an italian address etc when i login and buy =/

Get someone else to purchase them and gift them to you might be the easiest way. Otherwise login to the Steam site, hopefully you'll see the UK page. If not you could use a free VPN.
