I think's it more for the benefit of console gamers rather than PC as I'm sure you already get 60fps.

Bought Tomb Raider and New Vegas so far. Loved Fallout 3 but didn't get that ~very far on it, too far though that I don't want to play through it again though!

I'm looking at blacklist but... The graphics look pretty bad, worse than conviction. For me a lot of splinter cell has always been about atmosphere, not sure how much atmosphere I can get when sam fishers face looks like beat up old bucket.
