I'd be interested to see how the steam sale affects uk broadband in general. I wonder how noticeable the rise in traffic is.

From the little I have played so far (couple of hours) it's worth it yes, especially if you like FPS games generally.

It runs ok for me and is good fun, nothing too taxing but there is something satisfying about dual wielding and wiping out those evil nazis

I've found out Wolfenstein: The New Order doesn't have controller remapping. only presets, so most likely it'll be hard for me to play using the controller..

Yup, always happens, I'm one vote short of another card as well. At 18:00 the recap starts and then on the 30th at 18:00 the sale ends.

When you collect the whole set, you get a button to craft the cards to a badge.

Go to your inventory, click on one of the cards you want to use and underneath the picture is a button that says something like "view badge progress". Click on that and if you have all of them a crafting button appears on the next page.
