Steam Summer Sale 2016 set for 23rd June for two weeks

Added funds to my wallet. Steam restricts access to the market. Can't sell my leftovers.

and I've got a foil one too! :p

I'm thinking about another steam link for the downstairs tv, my other is in the bedroom. But £7+ for shipping is a bit steep so I'm finding it difficult to pull the trigger!

Are they any good? I always assumed they'd be a bit rubbish. Can't imagine playing the sort of games I play on a TV in the sitting room.

If you can't trade or sell because of the restrictions turn it into gems so you at least get something before it vanishes.

Activate the Steam Mobile Authenticator to get full access to the market.

I have and use it. That's not the issue.

The issue is this...

The Market is unavailable for the following reason(s):
You've recently funded your Steam Wallet using an unverified credit card that has had a recent increase in use. You can attempt to verify the funds now or wait until the restriction is automatically removed.

Thats the issue, You need to confirm the two amounts the take from the card, a couple of pence each time, but its not showing up in my account yet.

Steam has a sale on, of course it will see increased use! :p

So have picked up:
Steam link
Steam controller
Far cry 4
Shadow of Mordor
Bioshock infinite
Far harbour
Subnautica

Way more than I planned to get and still trying to work out if there are any good racing games to go with the steam controller.

Rabiez: Epidemic
Project Starship
State of Anarchy
The Orion Project
Ghost 1.0 - OST
Dragon's Lair
Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen
Blood and Bacon
Press X to Not Die
Press X to Not Die - Soundtrack
House of Hell
Ghost
Raiden IV: OverKill
WE ARE DOOMED
Punch Club
Ninja Senki DX

Another year and another Steam sale that I haven't purchased a thing.

Same here.. without the flash sales there just doesn't seem to be anything that's a really outstanding deal anymore. The discount prices are arguably what the items should sell for all year round.

Agreed, I actually found quite a few of the titles cheaper on CDKeys, IMO this was not a great sale, I did however buy a few titles that were under £4.

I bought the XCOM 2 DLC, even though the discount wasn't great.

Probably a bad idea, already had 172 hours on the game and I'm sure that'll be over 200 soon....

Also bought Just Cause 3, but kinda regretting that as it's so similar to JC2.

I always thought the flash sales were a bit of a con really, I much prefer the way they are now much less chance of missing a deal due to having to sleep/work & for all the hype the deals were not as great as a lot of people remember.

I completely agree. It is so much easier and less stressful - I reckon I buy more like this because I have more time to think and talk myself into the purchase :D
