Steam Summer Sale

grrrr - the one game I missed that I wanted encored was BL2 - Season Pass

I went to buy it about 2-3 mins before when the original BL2 offer was on - but Steam kept failing on checkout then my basket went up in price :(

now - the main game is discounted but the Season Pass has not also been discounted like it was before - hey ho :(

What's the replay ability like with each of them (and how long are they in the first place)?

If you haven't got it already, chivalry is well worth a fiver. I have put countless hours into chopping heads off in that game.

Was really hoping bioshock would go down a bit more, but I'll just mooch around the MM until I get a cheap copy I think.

wonder if the BL2 Season Pass not being discounted is a bug

as all the rest of the DLC is at 66%

as is the DLC for the other games like Dishonored - I'll see if changes at some point

Anyone thinking about purchasing kerbel - I was in the same boat yesterday and would definitely recommend it. Some how I'm totally gripped and I've not even got halfway to the Mun yet!

Demo is out for it, just had a quick 30 mins of that and convinced me enough to buy it.

Bit worried it was going be one of those minecraft type games that everyone rims but I just cant get into.

The Walking Dead is worth playing once.

I'm going to be really over-cautious and put the next comment in spoiler tags, but it really isn't much of a spoiler, and I think it's been said many times before.

No matter what choices you make you get the same ending, sadly. But really, it's the same in most games. It does give you the illusion of choice.

Considering i wasnt buying anthing in this sale i have actually got a few , just caved in and bought Tomb Raider since it is back on at 75% off ( £7.49 ).

Hope it is as good as many say !

I'm interested in getting Borderlands 2 but I haven't played the first one - Should I be playing the original before I play the sequel?

Have to rely of flash sales and community choice here on in, got every game except Civ 5 from today's deals. Speaking of which, is Civ 5 worth the punt?

I bought it having never played a Civ game and am already hopelessly addicted, although it can be extremely frustrating when things start going wrong and you end up with almost no way of winning after a whole day's play. Certainly worth a fiver.

Just grabbed Civ 5 gold upgrade and Fall out: New Vegas ultimate edition for a combined £5. They're the only thing I've got so far, other than DOTA!!

Hoping Far Cry: Blood dragon wins the last vote (that i'll be around for) and gutted that I didn't pickup AirLand War when it was £8 or something :-(

Anyone care to recommend any hidden gems that may not have been featured before the sale ends?

I see Two Worlds 2 is 80% off. I almost buy that every single sale!
