But im still debating whether to just buy a ps3 for Last of us!

if i paid a quid less for every steam game i had installed, id be 200+ quid better off... why not hold out if you know there's a steam sale soon?

i am steams wet dream. i buy things when i see them cheaper, but im only home 8 nights a month, obviously i dont play games all the time im home (i usually do a night where il have a game and a night where il go out with mates/the misssus etc) so that leaves 4 nights a month....

sigh. i hope this sale is easy on me =(

You can nab Sniper Elite V2, along with a bunch of other games, right now for £3.95 in the current Indie Royale bundle.

Get a gaming laptop. I brought back a refurbished, mint condition (not a single scratch as it has had a new screen and plastics put on) Gameboy Advance SP from the states.

Best £55 I have spent in a long time.

I hold out because the reviews say its not that good. It always is on these sales. I have plenty un-played games to use in the meantime. £4 means if the game is good i got a good deal and would be less disappointing if it wasn't and as im not going to be playing it for a few months i can wait anyway.

yeh, i work away, i wouldnt be able to game on a laptop, but i have enough spare bits and bobs here to make a computer or 2 that id be able to take with me...

Yeah an extra £50 quid for me would be an extra night out or two!

There are only 5 or so games left on Steam that I'm interested in playing to be honest, hopefully they'l be nicely discounted

chulainn was referring to zombie games -> the sniper elite 'zombie army' standalone isn't part of the bundle.

PS: I thought the steam sale was starting at 4pm?

Come on guys, the sales never started at 4pm for us, it's 4pm Pacific Time, thats 6pm for us as all Steam sales have started at 6pm... theres still time for this to happen today, chin up ppl

Also they can still promote the cards thing, it's just a small banner up the top.. THE SALE WILL HAPPEN TODAY...
