Steam Support

Never had anything but decent support form Valve. Last problem I had I emailed Gabe and he sorted it for me.

Had replys just saying go to the forums even though I already said tried everything from the forums for a fix and nothing worked, O and as for the replys 2 in about a month dam they suck so bad on cs.

The odd thing is I have never had a problem with steam support. They have always come back to me rather quickly with an answer.

That said I've only used it about 3 times and NOT during sale periods where I imagine the about of support tickets skyrocket
