I love it when Steam has low prices like this. I think I picked up Lost Planet amongst others for £3.50, too.

Bought this by the way. Played a little of the demo and was very impressed with what I saw. For £3.39 this is a stupendous bargain.

I don't have any problems supporting cracking little games like this.

I was just getting stoked up for this when I read on GamingHeaven:

"All of the game becomes a great learning experience for the last level, where you have to perform all manner of skillful actions to defeat the Big Bad who has captured the princess. Getting to this point took me around 3 hours which unfortunately is the biggest downfall of Braid."

While a quid an hour isn't especially expensive, I'm worried that I'd be unsatisfied with only this amount of gameplay, irrespective of the cost. Speed replays don't interest me either.

If you go through it and try to collect everything I seriously doubt it'd take as little as 3 hours. I think I got just over half way in that amount of time (collecting everything)....but I might have just been playing really badly

I paid the full whack for it when it came out on the XBLA yonks back, and it was worth every penny.

Short, yes. Little replay value, yup. But still a fantastic, smart, unique game you really have to play.
