Steelseries lost my mouse and refuses to replace it

Like most things though people only post online when there's an issue. No matter what the product is. You rarely hear about all the ones that have 0 issues.

Theres usually positivity surrounding any brand of gaming peripheral thanks to the loyalty of fanboys and the like, but when there happens to be a severe inability to resolve issues within the firms own RMA system, you cant really rouse a response with automation..public outcry is pretty much your only outlet in todays age
 
I know it's of no help to you but Steelseries were brilliant for me via their RMA system, replaced my siberia elite very quickly with no fuss.

Hopefully they find a solution to your issue.
