    Please remember that any mention of competitors, hinting at competitors or offering to provide details of competitors will result in an account suspension. Sticky situation...

Before changing CPU, fire it up one last time for a couple of mins. This allows the thermal paste to loosen up a bit before you take it out. As was said, twist and turn method works best than just straightforward yanking it out :D
