Hi there

Everybody even if your not in the market to buy anything need to check out every section within our B-Grade and Clearance sections along with our This Week Only deals page. Here are some links:-

OcUK Clearance Section

Clearance products are all brand new and have whatever warranty is remaining with the manufacturer. They are simply products OcUK wish to clear out to make room for new products. Note we only have 1-5 units of each product so please don't go ordering vast quantities as your order won't be fulfilled or may get delayed.

OcUK B-Grade Section

B-Grade are products that may have been un-wanted by previous customers or manufacturer repairs. All products are in working order and come with a 2 week warranty with OcUK and whatever remains of the warranty with the manufacturer. Note we only have 1-5 units of each product so please don't go ordering vast quantities as your order won't be fulfilled or may get delayed.
Also please don't start asking whats missing or emailing/calling our sales department as that information is not available and at the prices reflect the possibility you may just get the bare product.

OcUK This Week Only Deals

This is where you can get some cracking periods and the deals are only valid from Thursday to Thursday for a one week period or whilst stock last.

So now all you need to do is get your wallets out!! :D :D :D
Seriously don't hang around as there are some exceptional bargains to be had!! :)

Suggestion:
Too many deals and not enough money off. Trim the number of offers and increase the amount saved.
£5 off a monitor that costs £240?
£5 off a monitor that costs £235?
£10 off a graphics card that costs £422? etc

Just my opinion :)

Well even if it was just those 3 deals, the savings would be the same........

All savings add up, £5, £10 here and there all add up especially if your buying a few items.

Plus some of the deals represent savings of over £100 and more, you just picked some of the not so great ones.........

Damn.... Who just bought the Silverstone in the B-Grade. I was about to order that...... :(

You gotta be quick, as when they get allocated to orders the automated systems will prevent you from buying them if it believe all stock has been sold.......

Bloody hell a Venice 3200 less than £60 is this a joke? lol.

Nope no jokes, like I say only 1-5 units so once sold thats it, just clearing some old stock very cheap. Don't be tempted just buy because once they are sold thats it and with there only been 1's and 2's of several items most will sell out tonight.

Gibbo I have a Q, I added a X2 3800 to my cart earlier at £169+VAT but when i authorised the Credit Card payment it came out at £174+VAT :(

Reciept shows its charged at £174.95+VAT but my invoice in email shows £169+VAT

Which price is valid??

The prices went up today and you must have placed your order as the price was changing m8.....
If you contact sales tomorrow they will refund the difference back to your card. :)

Hi there

Think there is a problem, looks like the NET connection is down at the office as we had like only 1-2 of those cards, yet it remains on sales where so many of you have ordered so the NET connection looks to be broken at HQ.

They have definetely all gone along with the other 7800 bargains so don't bother ordering. Those who have ordered will be upgraded to anything equal or superior in stock B-Grade/Clearance wise and others will be refunded.

I take it you will be confirming any changes to the order before just sending stuff out.

If its another 7800 GT or 7800 GTX then no, because at £80 I doubt anyone will be bothered, its an absolute steal. All others will be refunded.

I am not looking forward as tomorrow I can forsee having to do about 30-50 refunds, possibly more if some people have tried ordering vast amounts........

Any idea about the 7800GS AGP? I ordered at 19:30 and a friend ordered about 5-10min later :)

Well there is literally only 1-2 items of everything. Some of the motherboards have better stocks but in general its just odd pieces here and there, so assume if you know there has been 2 or more orders for stock to be all gone.

Its obvious HQ NET connection has failed which means the LIVE STOCK indicator system will now not funtion until I go back in the office tomorrow.

Having multiple systems linked together just doubles the risk of a failure (actually this situation is a good example of raid 0 ;) ). If one system is used and the connection fails the shop goes down and stops this from happening.

Surely you have a remote way of accessing the website for emergencies, backup plan?

Yes the system will prevent over ordering and there is backup way of getting in but with a NET failure the preventive measure will not operate and I cannot get in to fix things. I shall be there early tomorrow.

I will do my best to make those happy who ordered before 8pm tonight by upgrading to superior products if they are available, otherwise its just a refund the money back situation.

Nice one Gibbo, fair play to you. My thought are with you sorting this out tomorrow morning.
Just to confirm, will be told via email whether we are having out money returned or being sent a different product?

The one I can upgrade I will and the ones where the only option is to refund I will mail to let you know a refund has been made. :)

Hi there

Anybody who placed their order before 9pm will be getting an equal or superior NVIDIA card.

Anybody who ordered more than ONE card or after 9pm last night your money has been refunded in full.

Wow sounds good, nice work Gibbo, any idea on what card it will be? My order was in by 7:30pm :D

Another GT or GTX of the 7800 series.

I have done my best too satisfy as many of you as possible and as such most of you will be extremely happy when you recieve your product as most have been upgraded to new or superior product at no extra cost.

When people get their orders and see they have got something even better maybe a few good ratings placed on those kind of sites and some good word of mouth would be appreciated. :)

Doh, I think most of the stuff I ordered was allready long gone by the time I got round to paying anyway so I couldnt use the card by itself or vice versa anyway.
My order is under removed for security same as my trust

We've shipped what we had in stock m8, so you will get some things but not everything.

PinkFloyd said:
I placed my order at 3:05 according to the order recieved email (swear it was 4 though) and I have recieved an email this morning saying my order is being shipped but without the 7800GTX?
I'm puzzled as to what has happened after you saying anyone who ordered before 9pm will get a card still :s
Can you shed some light on this please Gibbo?

I was referring to people who ordered the 7800 GT's not the GTX cards.

Vegeta said:
Yeah why on earth do that, I'm willing to pay £140 for a xfx 7800gtx but you give it to someone who placed an order for a 7800gt and it wasnt in stock and they're only paying what a little over £80...

Why because I am only human and only noticed issues with the 7800 GT's so by the time I noticed the handful of 7800 GTX orders I had no other options.

Minstadave said:
Have all the people that are getting 7800GT replacements been contacted Gibbo?

Nope as with our systems been down the automated emailer programme has not, but rest assured everyone has been refunded.
