I'm not really annoyed about it, I've got my money back, but I'm just a bit miffed that despite making my order at 4pm for a GTX I get a refund whilst people who ordered a GT at 8pm (for example) get sent a GTX.....


I am one person trying to make as many people happy as I can. Any other place would have just refunded everyone or just sent a generic email out.

I understand people feeling miffed who ordered GTX's and I hold my hands up and apologise for not seeing and sorting those first. What I will offer if for those who ordered the GTX's when your next looking to purchase from OcUK email myself along with the order number you have which was for your GTX card thats now refunded and I will sort you out a discount or offer you something better for similar money.

I was on here until late last night trying to help out customers, I've come into work this morning to try and help/resolve the situation and am still trying to do so. At the end of the day I have offered you some great clearance deals but as common sense would say clearance deals are very limited stock wise and there is always a chance you may miss out.

If people are still unhappy and don't think its enough I was trying to assist into the late hours last night, have come into work this morning to assist further and have already upgraded several customers and offered others who were unfortunate to miss out this time round a discount on their next order as long as they supply me their order number for the GTX they tried to order then I am baffled as what more can be done. No other Etail would go to such lengths to try and please.

Fair enough I understand its OcUK fault for our system not working as they should but such things happens and when they do most other etailors just refund and thats it but I am trying to provide extra service to OcUK customers, just shocks me that some cannot see that.

Well I think I have managed to sort most of the people now out to a level they are very happy with, so we can't have you unhappy.

Email [email protected] at what cards take your fancy on the OcUK site and I will offer you some discounted rates.

My intentions are for OcUK to start setting the standards in customer service as I want OcUK to be the best all round Etailor there is and I know its possible and with time we will be.

Once again anybody who is still waiting to be sorted out do be patient or email myself for possible solutions to problems as I will always try to help or get our guys to sort the situation out as we now have a great sales/tech team. :)

Well if you were one of the unlucky ones to miss-out and got your money refunded on the who 7800 issues then I can offer you a good price on those cards, I preferre the ICEQ3 one.

Its upto but if the cards works well I'd just slap some decent cooling on it and get some gaming done and them maybe sell it for a profit in a couple of months time. :D
