Bah Gibbo I REALLY can't decide whether to get the Powercolour XTX or the new ICEQ XT. Any suggestions?

Well if you were one of the unlucky ones to miss-out and got your money refunded on the who 7800 issues then I can offer you a good price on those cards, I preferre the ICEQ3 one.

Lol, I cant decide whether to return my 7800gtx for a x1800xt, or keep the 7800gtx and put some zalman VGA heatsinks on the mosfets.

Its upto but if the cards works well I'd just slap some decent cooling on it and get some gaming done and them maybe sell it for a profit in a couple of months time. :D

You have indeed offered a good price. Thing is I could get an XTX for the same price you've offered but I think the ICEQ3 was looks too cool to avoid tbh. Thanks for your time!

By the way are they UV sensitive, and do they feature blue LEDs? It doesn't say on the HIS website. Also will my 420W PSU be OK?

Dont suppose ocuk can sort me out with a backplate mosfet heatsink of some zalman vga ramsinks lol, must have some lieing about :D
If not its ok i guess i'll have to take the x1800xt.

How much would you pay me for it? If it covers the cost of the x1800xt and postage to you I would give it to you, so around £165 in total?
Would this be ok Gibbo? Instead of RMA'ing to OCUK I just buy the x1800xt at the discounted price you told me?

Aww man just opened up box i think i got a plain xfx7800gt :( ,not the7800gtx i ordered, one i got has a silver looking cooler and model pv-t70g-udf7,a plain one.
Should i return? would an 1800xt be a better upgrade?.

I orderd a x800xt by saphire it was in stock at 830am this morning i come home expect to see shipped but only a confirmation i type in the order number on ocuk for tracking and it says your order was cancelled.

I was wondering if gibbo you can help me, do i just phone up and advise them of a replacement i wish before i have to wait for them to refund me...

I dont trust nor want to use that webnote system. please help gibbo am getting worried and when your closed theres no one to get help from

Hmmm my 6800 (AGP) seems to have made my system really really unstable. I don't get any graphical corruption, but the crashes even happen in 2D which is leading me to think that my power supply is not up to the job. :(

With my 5800 in, the 12V line is 11.97V... with the 6800, it's 11.6V.

Thats ok still, Ive run a 6800 on a 360w psu with no problems. Whats your psu and spec. Rails, etc..

It's a generic 500W... I've just powered up the 6800 in a friend's system with another generic PSU and it's working perfectly. Now I'll try swapping the PSUs... then if it still causes trouble.... :(

Hi there

Well I think I have managed to sort most of the people now out to a level they are very happy with, so we can't have you unhappy.

Email [email protected] at what cards take your fancy on the OcUK site and I will offer you some discounted rates.

My intentions are for OcUK to start setting the standards in customer service as I want OcUK to be the best all round Etailor there is and I know its possible and with time we will be.

Once again anybody who is still waiting to be sorted out do be patient or email myself for possible solutions to problems as I will always try to help or get our guys to sort the situation out as we now have a great sales/tech team. :)

thank you very much for your kind offer, however, theres nothing that really comes close to the performance of the 6800le i ordered (on agp anyway), i needed a card to replace my dead 9800pro, and really dont wanna downgrade much, if at all, guess ill just save up :)

I too ordered 2 x 7800 GT's only to be cancelled and after emailing Gibbo he was kind enough to offer me a small discount on a Sapphire X1900 XT.

It arrived today, and for the second time in the space of 3 orders its been opened and/or sent back.

Gibbo, you state that you are trying to better your customer service yet, i have been sent what is effectively a second hand product when i bought a new one. Customer service does not just involve after sales care, but also ensuring your customers receive what they pay for. I appreciate your discount i really do, but i really do think you guys need to set up some kind of clear divide in your warehouse between new and used products.

If it works ok i will hold onto it in the hope it doesnt die. If it doesnt worki will be requesting a returns number and sending it back (at cost to me)
