Storage Question

I have a 128GB Samsung 840 Pro as my OS SSD with some games on at the moment but have recently acquired a 512 GB MX100 as a storage drive (games etc). Ok so basicly my question is do I get any advantage having my main game\s on my OS SSd? Also would it make more sense to install steam etc on the MX100 with games or steam on the Samsung and games on the MX100.

just install them on the crucial,if you get pushed for space put a few on the Samsung,speed advantages you wont notice between the two

I have 2 x 250GB evos and I have the os and a few games on my main ssd and then the rest of my steam games on my second ssd, both load the same and get the same speeds etc

does not matter which ssd you have the games or programs installed on

Cheers guys, another quick question. Just opened Disk Management as it is not showing in MY Computer yet and it asks me Initialise Disk - MBR or GPT? I have no idea

select MBR and create a partiton and assign it a drive letter

i have steam and my commonly used games on my OS SSD as it doesnt take me long to download them if i need too.

all my single player games and stuff is stored on my second 840 evo
