At the moment I have:

C - windows - 250 (120 after split between H)
E - games - 320
F - media - 320
H - media (partition of C)

Now I have a lot of media and I'm fast approaching my limits.

I have room for 3 other drives. Any advice would be appreciated.

I'm not sure what config I should go for, should I reshuffle the drives? Should I raid?

Personally I'd probably just add in the extra drive(s) as storage unless you have a good reason for messing with a system that is working fine currently. I might however move H: onto a new drive and leave it as overflow when/if needed.

i'd keep adding 750gb drives, samsung or wd drives

only raid them (in raid3 or raid5) if you buy 3 or 5 of them

Dunno if I should buy a raptor for boot?

Raid my two 320s for games and move media to a 1TB drive

Keep my 320s as they are and just add 1tb drives when i need 'em

You appear to be paying about a £50 price premium between a 750gb and the 1tb, that cash puts you halfway towards another 750gb or you could buy a 320gb drive with the difference so unless you need the maximum drive space in the minimum physical space I'd go with the 750gb.

Ordered the WD 1TB Green Power at £130 :)

In the end I decided against the Samsung purely because I like Western Digital :)

The cheapest I could find the 750 Western for was £90.
