Haven't really gone to far into this but I've recent setup a RAID 0 array on my main PC (having some spare SSD's and a bargain raid controller).

When gaming and, for example, panning the view it's so fast it jerks around making it impossible for a steady view - anyone seen this on very high speed disks (~2Gb/s read)?

No such thing as too fast storage. I have run games from RAM and had no problems. Sounds like you are complaining of the motion blur or a vsync issue with your gfx card or monitor.

what is the rest of your PC specs?

cant see raiding 2 x SSDs causing the issue. list the rest of your PC specs as it sounds like something else causing the issue

Going to need more information. Overall disk throughput isn't going to have any impact on how the game performs once most assets are cached into main memory.
