Looking at an external Toshiba 1TB drive for a friend that has all her pictures on it ( with no other back up 
) Plugging into windows it asks to format the drive. partition 1 is in raw format, tried recuva but could not read the drive, tried easeus that took 21 hours to find that there is 0.0 KB on drive ! Drive spins up ok and looks like it reads every sector, Any ideas personally it looks like a lost cause but I would appreciate a second opinion .
