Do you understand how far someone can walk in 15 seconds? You cant see them in the first shot because A. They aren't there and B. Even if they were there's a ruddy great big maroon car taking up 75% of the shot.

Again, the shot is poor because the iso and shutter speed is wrong for a shot where the sun is low and on the right hand side and facing the camera. Together this has created a shot whereby the contrast between shade and light is unintentionally large and the shaded part has a lot of noise in it.

I'm still at a bit of a loss as to why you think its a demon / ghost considering the time frame between shots and the lighting condition but your aggressive defence of it means theres little point discussing it with as your clearly invested in it.

You said the photo was taken at 1.30 BST, the vid says it was 4.30 in November, so thats why theres no shade behind her. The lights are on in the cars and the picture is so over exposed because he was trying to get some detail in to a dark scene.

It was in 2006, I was 16 at the time lol my memory's a little hazy around that period as it was 12 years ago. A black man......In Stafford in 2006.......Good one LOL.

A woman dressed all over in in black ? An Islamic visitor lady

See above.

Also, the second photo was taken 10-15 seconds later ? Try walking for 15 seconds and see how far you get, that's why she's "appeared" in the second photo

So, the op is arguing that there is more chance of it being the disembodied form of a deceased person, rather than just a woman pushing a pram? Nice.

About 20m in 15 seconds if you allow 5km/h but even assuming 15m she's still out of frame in the first shot. She may have even come from the rear of the building, it looks like theres other buildings or something behind it.

For all people saying it's a person walking and crossing, the angle in 2006 & even nowadays makes no sense what so ever. Here is the layout.

So according to the OCUK geniuses, she decided to take her pram off a curb into a guard rail.........completely ignoring the crossing. Or the dropped curb.

Shes on the path walking towards the roundabout, probably having parked in the carpark behind or just following the left hand path.

Why do you seem to think she wants to cross the road ?

OP says the picture was taken on a "top notch" 16mp camera, but the crappy video says it was on a 4mp camera.

Others have said it already, it's an oversaturated image + pareidolia. It doesn't "redefine science", it's just a crappy potatograph catching a lady pushing a pram.

Until you've shown us evidence that proves the "woman" didn't walk out of shot, or go inside a building, then you cannot dismiss these as possibilities.
Is it reasonable to assume that the guy on the right was abducted by aliens if he isn't the next photo, or is there some other more plausible reason?

And not everyone uses a crossing to cross the road, even women with prams.

I think we should all remember that my "top notch" digital TV sometimes artifacts. If that's the case, how can I expect a 2005 "top notch" Nikon digital camera to be void of its ability to artifact?

Or she was just going to turn left round the building and walk over the bridge.

15 seconds between shots and you think there is no normal explanation?! Get some help.

Also incessant belief she is about to cross the road there, and that it's victorian clothing :p

The replies this morning are hilarious.......No it's not a troll thread. So many people so sure of themselves even though the picture is 100% legit. I'm going to try and get the high res off of a IDE HDD.

This video illustrates it a lot better than I have. I got the date wrong too it was in 2006. :) A pram......LOL must be a woman with suicidal tendency then as there is a crossing about 20 foot to her left, but apparently she wants to go over the roundabout instead.......Where there is a guard rail.

So basically the white car has moved 20" but in the first image the woman pushing the pram was obscured by the two cars.
Also how long between pictures because the white car is stopped at the roundabout - for how long?
I really can't see what you're getting at.

JUST SEEN - 15 seconds.
Nice one OP.
