The missus found a story about one of these "ghost" things online the other day and said it was creepy and weird. There is a supposed child in the second photo in the bottom left that isn't there on the first. In my mind it is simply one of the masks the girls are holding, propped up against something that is obscured in the first photo. I don't believe in ghosts at all though and think everything can be explained logically given enough information.

The OPs photo is clearly someone walking along the pavement, but due to zooming in on a crappy image it looks distorted.

The Youtube replies echo what's been said here, how after so many years the OP can't see whats obvious is crazy.

Nice replies too, ranging from it being Diana Ross to a Klingon :D

I was more creeped out by the disembodied heads tbh.

It's pretty obvious. 1 frame 1 image; read the OP. It's the real deal 100% yes it's low res as I need an IDE to SATA-3 cable as I have said. Honestly kiss my bottom (***) if you think It's a Joke...The joke is on you.

why not get the full resolution versions of both photos before posting the thread instead of chucking your toys out of the pram at people who aren't taking you very seriously, you are posting on a tech forum after all so some lame excuse of "muh cable" after posting a low res image with some black bit on it circled and wanting others to accept it being a ghost is pretty dubious

I can't believe I've done this but I've just timed myself over 15 seconds pretending to push a pushchair at normal walking pace and at slow walking pace.
My investigation as shown that in the second picture if she had walked at a slow pace she would have gone the length of 3 cars and only 1 and a bit can be seen in the second photo (which is the first photo on this page).
If she had walked at normal pace she could easily do 4 queued cars which puts her even more out of the picture to the left.
Therefore she hasn't suddenly appeared out of nowhere, she had 15 seconds to get there.

I can't believe you've done that either.

Whats the mystery here? Its just a black woman with full, wavy hair, pushing a pram or something. Christ, you can even make out her facial features and it looks like she's wearing a low cut blouse. I can see all that viewing the zoomed in version in my phone...how on Earth can anyone conclude its a ghost? Unless you'd never seen a black person before, I'm not sure why that's the immediate leap you'd make.

It looks like an Austin Metro to me. But it could have been the Morris or even the MG Metro variant. Qute shocking aren't they?

EDIT: Hang on, the back window doesn't look right for a Metro and the other cars around it may be too new. Sorry don't know what that is. Still looks damn scary to me though. Must be a terror driving it.

EDIT 2: OK I'll have one last try... a Fiat? Also quite terrifying to drive.

It's a Fiat Uno.

Well he did say this -

It was in 2006, I was 16 at the time lol my memory's a little hazy around that period as it was 12 years ago. A black man......In Stafford in 2006.......Good one LOL.

So he hadn't seen a black person in Stafford.

Now the funny thing is I used to go to the Top Of The World Stafford in the late 70s/early 80s and there were plenty of black people. I used to gig in pubs & clubs in Stafford all my life and there were plenty of black people so I have no idea what he's on about.

Black people sure, what about black apparitions, ghosts and/or demnons?
