...and permanently destroy the stick, no thanks! :p I'd have to get someone who knows what they are doing to fit it for me, does it require any soldering? Any guide showing how its done?

edit: ggs arth, first time I have ever pulled off cr.mk > ex fireball > fadc > ultra in a game!

Adz, you've improved since i last played, can't remember when, and your Guile has gotten a lot better too.

No, plug an extension cable into the mic socket.

Your tip to use hurricane kick to close in on dhalsim helped a lot, I would have never figured it out :p Ive been playing Arth for months now and getting whooped so its nice to occasionally win some! We need to play more often though mate.
 
im back! finally sorted out my broken ps3 so ill be up for some games if anyone sees me on, although i will be pretty rusty :p
 
i think a good 2 months since i last logged on :o but i got my repair paid for by hmv and blagged 12 months warranty on my refurb so im happy :D

Sorry man I had to shoot off pretty quick, it takes me ages to type msgs on live so was gonna post gg on here instead! Only just got home now... ggs! :p I'm pretty useless with Akuma lol, feel a bit better using Guile but from all characters you had to choose Vega, who I dislike playing as much as ElFuerte! I don't know whether he's coming or going, whether to block fwd or back, annoys the hell outta me lol. Anyone but Vega/elfuerte next time! :)
 
Just crouch focus at the last split second and Vegas dive attack/throw is nullified.

First time I played vega though, the bottom tier characters are a lot more fun to play as than Guile/Ryu/Akuma imo. Have you ever given them a try?

I tried El fuerte for a bit, was fun for about half an hour... :o Ken??? Played him a few times erm... can't really think of anyone else. It took me long enough to move away from Ryu and on to Guile. My high tier choices compensate for lack of skill :p it's the only chance I have playing Arth day in day out... and my Guile gives Hyv some pretty damn close games, bar the Honda thrashing I took earlier :eek: (revenge is coming...)
 
back.mp and heavy RK are cody's main aa, in fact b.mp beat almost everything in the air. yeah vega is great, and you should try hakan and makoto, they are very fun (and frustrating) to play with.

to be honest i hardly give people tough matches anymore, i seem to get run over far too quickly these days. so i bet you will get your revenge on me but probably not in the honda and guile match-up :p.

EDIT: focus attack dont work against vega's wall dive btw, because he can time it late so it hits twice and breaks the focus. it best to try and hit him out of the air when you see it coming.

Guile v Honda is heavily in Guile's favour.

You seem a bit ignorant about Vega. A delayed crouch focus is a well known option select that beats all dive options every time.

You gave me some tough games when you were using Chun the day after one of your Gootecks sessions. But after that.. you must've stopped doing something he suggested.

I rather enjoyed advising on Gouken vs Gief. If you picked up a char that i knew, i could keep doing that :p
