Jump in their endless battle session sometimes and you will see Art's Cammy beat him quite often. I have to echo omh though, Art's Cammy is a nuisance.

I also hate Vega/Fuerte but that guys was weak compared to Art's Vega. I actually beat the Blanka twice in a row before you jumped in lol but he was very tough to play against, his main was Honda. Your mate Singh-X finally beat me with Sagat. :p

I find Guile easier to use against certain chars because he's so defensive and do like a change from Ryu now and again. In the ocuk SSF4 league 1, I was undefeated with Guile! :D (although there was no you, omh, zid, elrasho, drsk etc) I 'might' use him in the next league, but I am not happy with where I finished with Ryu so might have another go with him.

I just don't have as much time these days, i'm lucky if i can get on twice a week now.

I can't use a regular wired headset since I play on a dual modded PS3 stick so it doesn't have a mic port.

My Guile is very average, hardly any combos, just the basic 'try keep them out' with sonic booms and cr.hp and sometimes I even suprise myself by applying good pressure when I have someone trapped in the corner. You should beat me easily but I'll give it a shot lol.

:p Seriously though that headset I did have was prob bust, I could hear all you lot but it was crackling and not clear. I am going for wireless which I assume connects directly to the console and not the stick/pad?

I noticed you are rarely on when the endless battles session are going on but some of these guys will probably be joining the next league so you will get to play them. The overall standard if anything will go up again next time. :)
 
Or maybe not. Same thing happened yesterday, there was an unusual amount of lag and like today I made sure everything else was off and there was still lag there. Not sure if its o2 having probs but thats my guess. Just done a random internet speedtest and where I normally get about 10 meg download and 1 meg upload, I am getting 5 meg download and 0.3 meg upload!!! If it aint sorted by tomorrow I'm ringing em up!

Played Madbeats and Alex grand mast for the first time today. Was invited in and madbeats was using Dan against everyone and on a 8 game win streak... til he faced me. :p ;) He chose Ryu the second time we played and I won that too. Alex chose Guile and then Ryu and I beat him both times. Just won a 3v3 team battle now with OMH and beat a high PP Rose player followed by Madbeats, to bring it home for the team. :D
 
Madbeats is good. U need to play stead rocks, he is wikked. Il ask that s27ny rog to enter, hes got a 17k ryu and like 18k balrog. I know points dont mean toomuch, but if u got that many, ur either unemployed or sikk at the game (and unemployed?).

LOL trust, these guys have some serious free time to play. I have 2 jobs and have the missus yelling down my ear to turn that game off everytime I'm on, thats my excuse. ;)

Madbeats is quality, his Ryu is in a different league to mine, I only beat him because he has never played me before. I caught him out by abusing FA, doing DPs on wakeup at random times, using throw a lot etc. I was playing very reckless but it took him out of his comfort zone as he didn't know what to expect. Plus my useless o2 broadband has been getting lag all day, that didn't help. In a long session he would nail me though. He did msg me after saying gg and that I have a solid foundation with Ryu.
 
I just started playing SSFIV again after getting blazblue.

Played blazblue for a bit which for some reason made me want to play SSFIV.
Still just as confused as to what char to main tho :confused:

Started playing as Ibuki but seems really laggy on PSN :( fight starts and it's fine for a few mins then suddenly everything is laggy :(
Not sure if Ibuki is a good choice but chars I was playing before I stopped: Cammy, Ryu, Abel, Boxer, Sagat, Bison, Juri, Dudley, E.Honda
Sort of tried all of them :) but think I need to focus on one, have seen some amazing ibuki players.
I also heard a few of the chars got nerfed (cammy, abel)

If I get into it properly I'm thinking of getting an xbox 360 :eek: will need to mod my FS3 again or get new stick then :(
