Street Fighter (SFIV, SSFIV, HDR)

Yeh hes excellent. The msgs were just banter, hes nice guy. He beat me yday and I was annoyed. But I think because a lot of sims work on their distance game, they dont develop their close game, so when somebody gets close, they lose easily. thats the good thing bout ur sim, ur always in-ur-face, so u can handle any style.

Mashing dps simply doesn't work against even a half decent player, because once they have read what the opponent is doing, which may take a round, they will let them mash dp all day and punish it everytime.

However, mashing dp at critical moments I think is a skill. When you have read your opponent and know he is going to throw, nothing better then hammering a dp out, he will think twice when going for a throw the next time, giving you more opportunities to throw him.

I'm feeling a lot better today. Been taking some licks with Cody in ranked though, lost a lot of pp but for good reason. I can do league games today if anyone wants.

ermmm...abel cant punish light dp well, neither can chun li, especially online. both of his punish is slow. its easy to mash another dp before he gets to do anything

so mashing dp is extremely effective against abel since it beats 90% of his options

I won't be using Sim, i'll prob go with Bison and try out Yun/Yang

Hopefully there will be one other guy there who's still learning the game, i don't wanna get bodied and come off the cab quick.

@ art, you should take it to the extreme and do a stop frame animation with this

@ravl, good luck not to get hammered. bison is probably a good choice against a endless army of yun, yang, ken, oni and (evil)ryus
 
The AE cabinet in Casino is horrible, the chairs are too tall for it so it's hard to get comfortable, some of the buttons were broken. the sticks are so lose and the screen looked horrible.
I don't know if they've fixed the cab or gotten any more since last time I went but if they have make sure to tell me.
