Street Fighter (SFIV, SSFIV, HDR)

In endless I normally go Akuma, Guile, E.Ryu, Seth, Ryu and then repeat. You can go random if you want I don't mind. Are we on?? :D
 
Apparently I'm going to get banned, played against someone at lunchtime that I beat and he started sending me abusive messages and accusing me of using the GOUKEN HACK. I just simply asked if he was the DP spamming Ryu and what was this gouken hack and the messages just got worse :D Just ran in to him again and at the end he screamed down the mic that he's recorded me using the Gouken Hack he'll broadcast it to 200,000 people including my messages and I'm going to get banned, umm.
 
does anyone still play on the PC version? it's getting pretty empty now, keep on running in to the same people when I play
 
has anyone heard of dates etc on super vs battle 2012, there seems to be very little information about it :(.

also has anyone been to the londonanimecon? if so how is it? :D

Two of the main organisers of SvB left neoempire earlier this year and taking into account how bad last year was and the olympics coming up its been hard to plan. All they would say when I asked was that it's deffinately happening and will be some time around August.
 
yeah, thats really the only info i have heard. we are left in the dark :(.

what went so wrong last year? just the usual stuff for a new lan type event technical issues etc or was it more than that?

Lots of things went wrong last year, mostly out of their control. There were power cuts half way through the tournament, the riots caused a lot of sponsers and international players to drop out meaning they didn't have the setups they wanted and they were delayed on finals day due to people not turning up (who they probably should have just disqualified).
 
Atm it's around 2600, but it fluctuates quite a bit depending on which character I'm using in ranked. I have Akuma on 3000 BP so I think I will use him next in ranked for awhile, maybe try get him to 5000. I tend to focus on one character at a time in ranked, but mix it up in endless.

I thought it was very average, fun to play for awhile in 2v2. I've still got my copy here somewhere. I was winning games though at times that I felt I should have lost since I was just playing as though it was SF4. If I played anyone good, who actually knew how to play the game eg. omh I would get absolutely wasted.

why you no play something different instead of a variation of another character? you might like it if you give it a try good sir
