It doesn't matter if it's out there really, their interest is making it appear that they're proactively stopping the usage of their game assets without permission.
Well its not working because they were given permission and now they've suddenly decided to be *********.
Its probably because due to the recent success of the "classics" line of games on the PC and consoles which sega have released for a few quid each, they can make easy money from the original version of the streets of rage game if they can be bothered to port it over.
