Who said anything about a console? Either way the relevant question is how is the device (be it console or PC) connected to the hub? It would be unusual for a SR102 to default to strict NAT from personal experience.
yes i was told to enable upnp in windows that did help but now i againn facing the same problem, in windows upnp is now enabled but i have a strict NAT

No because they use different ports AFAIK. Make sure that no firewall on your PC is restricting access as that's exactly what firewalls do monitor the connection and grant access through specified ports if its an allowed connection.
If it's a console DMZ should be fine however i wouldn't recommend doing it on a PC.
All UPnP (universal plug and play) does is all ports are closed by default however when something requires a internet connection it will connect and automatically forward the port to get a connection. So Xbox for example your playing CoD and try to establish a connection first the port is closed but your xbox sends the connection to your router which then UPnP kicks in and recognises the connection opens the designated port and then forwards the connection onto the internet.
DMZ just well, everything is open by default. Don't be scared by this because if a hacker wanted to hack you they would just do it. They would just look for a open port to find a way in then and then send a request to the router so UPnP will open ports 1-65535 and boom same as DMZ. This is why there is firewalls in the router and its recommended to have a firewall on the PC too. which goes back to my original comment is there a firewall restricting access?
Try to manually add the ports and forward them in the router?
