I know this is an old thread and an old show so I've scrolled all the way through without reading more than the first couple of posts.

I'm nearing the end of the third series and I'm enjoying it although it's all a bit samey and one day, bad guys will learn to shoot straight. There's so much lead being thrown about that it's impossible that they're still alive.

It's definitely a switch your brain off action drama. However I have generally been entertained and there are some decent British actors across the seasons, lots of eye candy and great set locations.

Do quite enjoy the show. Especially now the new leads seem to have settled in.
But Strike Back logic is getting a bit far fetched:

Episode 2: Car shot up and not starting? Open the bonnet, thump the engine block. Car now starts.
Episode 3: Computer running slow? Better open it up to look inside. Next scene, computer in bits...

Still, good fun.

That series was a bit of a lemon. The new actors don't "flow" together.

Stick with it, series 7 gets better, the actors have gelled and it's almost back to normal.
Series 8 is the best of the last three...
