Striker Extreme nForce 680

I have a 790i striker ii extreme sitting on top of the cabinet next to me at home. I can't use it yet though as I'm undecided on which DDR3 to get, trying to juggle between compatibility/reliability/priceerformance and maybe low voltage so I can use it with i7 in the future.
