Starting stronglifts again after many months out of the gym, let see how this goes...

Day 1 (10.07.16)

Squat

20kg 2x5
30kg 1x5
40kg 5x5

Bench

20kg 2x5
30kg 5x5

BOR

30kg 1x5
35kg 5x5


Underhand pulldown

20kg (per side) 4x10
 
Got to the gym, started squatting, thought f this i already ache how much worse can it get... time will tell :D

Squats

20kg 2x5
30kg 1x3
42.5kg 5x5

OHP

20kg 5x5

Deadlift

40kg 1x5

DL not so nice, got cramp in my toe after the 4th rep which didn't help.


Tricep rope pushdown

Yesterday:

Squat

20kg 2x5
35kg 1x3
47.5kg 5x5

OHP

22.5kg 5x5

DL

45kg 1x5



Squats much better today, made a conscious effort to push through my heels and felt much better.
