I am still training, honestly. Had a week in London last week with zero gym facilities and now been crippled by some ***** manflu. Hoping to recover from that sooner rather than later so I can get back into the swing of things and lift all of the weight.
 
Loooooool so this went well...

Since I last posted I've moved house, quit one gym and just signed up at another. Had a bit of a random session last night just playing with different kit, thinking of getting back into SL as I enjoyed the progression, just need to hope that racks are available as it was pretty hectic last night. Alternative is loads of isolation stuff on machines I guess which I'm not mad keen on.
 
So machines it was on wednesday, better than nothing i guess :P weights are in weird increments because all the machines are mainly in imperial for some daft reason
