Well I started training about 3 years ago, but only started REALLY training for size and strength about 2 years ago since changing job - I used to travel a lot for work and never really had the time to dedicated to training.

I've always been relatively big framed, though I started off at around 82kg, I'm now around 99kg. So over 2.5 stones in that period of time I'm pretty happy with,. It's hard work though!! But it proves the result in terms of actually being able to put it to use. Today's training really has made me want to do more and more!!!

oh, that's quite good,

there was a time between christmas last year and january this year where I put on around 2 stone yet my bf didn't really increase.

it's just that genetically brown peepz aren't huge, so I reckon that if I eat huge amounts I'll top out at around 9-10 stone, that's without training. With training I hope to get to 12 stone and was wondering how long it might take, 2-3 years sounds fairly reasonable tbh

I've been hyped up all day since this haha, can't weight to get back on the weights on Monday. Hope we do this again sometime soon in the near future though, was brilliant fun.

A lil' surprised by how much of it I managed, couldn't have done it without you guys screaming at me though

close, fluctuates between 6.1 and 6.4

around 38-41 kg, if anyone swings that way

I'm not sure about height, though I'm somewhere around 160cm

I'm not sure whether to be pleased or not but I'm not feeling all that sore today, a couple of minor aches but that's about it. Definitely up for doing this again in a couple of weeks.

That's definitely a good thing that your fine, my traps and neck are the worst for some reason.
