Struggling a bit today

just read through this thread and assumed you must be of pensioner age. Quite a shock when i realised you're the same age as me!
don't underestimate how much the mental aspect plays in all this, try to keep your thoughts positive and don't allow yourself to spiral down.
I hope you get that transplant! keep us informed, i'm sure you can beat this :D
 
Sorry to hear this. As an anxiety sufferer myself who is due a 24h ecg later this month you've now sent me into overdrive.
Mine tend to be in the evenings and only really were noticeable since being on Sertraline. My worry was that the palpitations etc would be passed off as anxiety but could be something worse.
I don't know how I'd cope in your situation and can only wish you the very best of luck with it all.
