Mine comes through on the 2nd of october. And it's greatly needed, overdraft is being eaten quicker than I'd like

mine was supposed to go in yesterday, but wont get in until i sign a register in uni on friday when i start, then it prob wont go in until early nxt wk

At least you have yours on its way! I didn't know whether or not I would be going back to uni until this week so I have yet to even apply for this years loan

Could do with sorting that though as I am not entirely convinced I have enough left in my overdraft to pay the first installment of uni fees... :eek:

I don't even have my letter of confirmation yet. Should I be worried? I don't start until the 6th.

Are you talking about the loan or the course? If it is the former when did you apply for the loan? If it has been longer than a month I'd be thinking about ringing up your funding organisation(I don't know exactly how it works in England).

As to the original question, yes I've recieved my loan, I think it came in shortly after I registered.

The loan. Applied about 2 months ago, my LEA says it's all waiting on the SLC.

Last year my LEA lost my application so it was also late, when I got another form to them I got my loan about 3 weeks later. This I imagine it will be the same amount of time.

Having said that the SLC always, always have huge backlogs so it could be much longer; however you will get your loan...some day lol

No, they cocked up my application twice, so I don't get the final notification until next week :mad:

. I'm going to have to live off overdraft for a week or so.
