stutter and lag with sli setup

Yes I'm using mantle and the 14.7 drivers. I'll look into upgrading the CPU and mobo for future but if a hd7950 comes up cheap then I'll grab it. The fx6300 was at 60% while I was on bf4.
 
OK so I switched the BIOS to 2 and noe the default clock is 1025mhz and unstable. In trixx the vddc is 1112, but when I bump the voltage up I get artifacts. Surely its not the right BIOS is it?
