This being the best.
Haha, that'd be a gem in court, we think you probs did it bro, sry, guilty.
This being the best.
So they're going to believe he said it but assume he didn't mean it?
He's either a racist and deserves a far longer ban (perhaps remainder of the season based on the fact the FA believe Evras version of events) or he isn't and deserves no longer ban than Evra who also used foul and abusive language.
Guess you missed the point about if negro was used in the context and way Suarez said it it wouldn't be offensive at all never mind racially offensive.
Oh and the FA and evra have both said he isn't a racist.
Context means nothing we live in England not south America and in England negro means negro and is offensive,if I used that word in work I would be sacked on the spot so why should it be diffrent on a football field,he used the word take the punishment!
This being the best.
In all the circumstances, we preferred the evidence of Mr Evra. His account was clear and consistent in all material respects. There is no basis for saying that he lied or was mistaken in what he heard. We found that Mr Evra's account is probably what happened.
Independent panel found Evra to be a "credible witness" and Suarez to be "unreliable in relation to matters of critical importance".
So one mans word over another
You're letting yourself down massively or on the wind up, either way stop digging
a lot more reliable than the spanish speaking comolli or dutch speaking kuyt's apparently.
mainly the fact they changed their testimony and suarez said they must have been mistaken? or are you still clutching at straws?
Of course we could take their initial statement that Suarez said 'because you are black' if you prefer?
see you are clutching at straws, you've just shown it, the shame is that you really can't see it.
Ok finished it all.
It's very obvious that a case like this is too much to be dealt with by some FA panel: the result for Suarez is so severe I don't see how the FA can say he's guilty.... Probably.. And state that it's acceptable under FA rules to hand out punishment. This isn't a case of " he probably said x players mom is a fat horse" so here, have a 4 match ban.. The result of this case has implications far beyond a football ban, and as such criminal prosecution rules should have been applied.
Would I not need to be claiming Suarez's innocence to be clutching at straws?
