They could. But that costs money that could be spent on Gibbos Ferarri, as someone else said quite amusingly. :p

Well that Ferrari must cost a bit to maintain. Maybe the 3080s all go on propping it up instead of bricks.

Or a garage of 3080 box walls with 3090s as the roof? Fancy.

As I can see you've noticed, the ads are gone for now.

I know that many of you - if you're anything like me - have come to know this place as your "internet home" over the years. It pains me to see this, as well as read posts quite rightfully displaying disappointment as to what might be becoming of the forum you know and love. I want to assure you that those feelings are not going unheard. This community is something special - far more than ad revenue fodder - and I will personally do all I can to ensure that this place continues to hold true to the things that have made it special all these years.

Thank you, and I wish you luck!

This has been my online home forever, and would hate for it to change.

Nice to see we've at least got some of the moderator team on-side.

Ads will utterly ruin the site on mobile, and will likely mean that I'll only browse whilst at a PC.

The weird thing is I've never seen any ads on here, either on my PC (I'm an Edge user with Adblock) on my iPad on Safari and on my phone with stock Samsung Internet. Weird.

Amen

OCUK are obviously expanding their advertising the other way as well, they're popping up in Best Fiends now!

I'm firmly in agreement with Zefan, this place has been my home on the internet for well over two decades and it's a community that I know and love. I will do whatever I can in order to maintain the status quo.

I think I'd even be willing to pay a nominal fee to keep it ad free. I may not post a great deal, but I come on every day and browse.

And my axe!

Internet home is a good way to put it. I don’t post as prolifically as many others but I’ve read these forums most days since I signed up.
