Hmm.
I wonder if Mourinho perhaps believes his time would be better spent developing Lukaku than bringing in another major star, which would put Lukaku at least second choice or maybe even third/fourth if they can't sell Torres and Ba.
Which would be a real waste IMO considering his age and his ability already.

The three behind whoever plays upfront is fantastic and they have spent more money and brought back De Bruyne strengthening there already.
