Super Exclusive Mayhems Competition!

Mayhems innovating watercooling by pushing the boundaries, going where nobody else dares go, offering the best in both aesthetics and performance. Pushing the market by constantly evolving and offering the very best in customer service. From a man at home experimenting with a passion to a world known brand.

Mayhem are no strangers when it comes to quality water cooling products - they definitely know the rules of water cooling better than any of than any of the big named brands. They have a full commitment to the water-cooling scene with a team of innovative minds always thinking of ways to improve their product line; you wouldn’t see this from any other company.

I am sure that they just want to tell you how they feel about their products – I wish I could just make you understand how good they are!

I believe that Mayhem are an excellent, innovative company with quality products, and I can sleep easy at night knowing that their support team are never going to give me up when I call them with an issue. On top of this I know that they will never let me down or desert me in the process of resolving said issue.

Mahems innovative not because they bring out new products on a regular basis or because they see a niche, but because they have produced a range of products that are technically driven, you know when you speak to them or use their products that these are on the market because the people behind the products have created something they would use themselves to get better aesthetics or improved performance. You get the feeling that even without a market they would still make the stuff just for their own use.

I think that mayhems are innovative because they were among the first watercooling fluid manufacturers to create their products with such precision. They make it easier for us all by carefully selecting and adding all necessary additives, and the resulting liquid is the most beautiful money can buy. Mayhems Aurora is simply breathtaking to watch for example. :)

The beauty of the coolant inspired me to start my first watercooling loop!
Pastel ice white will be the coolant I buy, and I honestly didn't consider anything other than mayhems :D

I haven't ordered it yet though, hint hint ;)

Innovation is not usually a term thown around and expected to be accepted by all. What Mayhems brings to the table is not just one particular product but a whole range that caters for every watercooling enthusiast. When using their products you can certainly get a feel for the attention to detail, the enthusiasm that is poured in to each bottle (no pun intended). The defining factor to a great product is the after sales service from Mayhems. Luckily I have not had problems with their products but from what I have seen and read, they are at the forefront in major enthusiast forums giving advice and helping trouble shoot when problems occur. Innovation from my point of view is a deserved term to be applied with Mayhems and all their products when you consider the above.

Honestly, this is the first time I've heard of Mayhems --but-- reading up on it, it is definietly a nudge in the right direction.

From what I've seen, they are somewhat innovative in the sense, they are completely unique. I guess you could say, they like to think outside the box which is always a BIG positive in my eyes.

It's almost like they're a mix between science and computers. I can imagine, some time in the future, they create a new cooling system ... but wait ... this time filled with ... 'smart' liquids! Functioning on their own accord (if anyone has seen G.I. Joe, the nanobytes) Scary, yet exciting!

Hmmm, guess I'll enter this... Why not?

I wouldn't class Mayhems innovative, however Michael is. Now take the **** out of me if I'm wrong, but I believe they started because Michael personally was fed up of companies making utter diabolic coolant, and therefore decided to make some of his own after some research, in my eyes, this is a very brave move to make, and I believe that's what makes him innovative, to go from making some coolant for personal use, to becoming one of the biggest, if not the biggest coolant name in the Watercooling Industry, they have a range of coolants differing from market to market, from your standard first watercooler, to show systems with a great look.

I wish them luck with their ventures, and I'm sure they'll go far ;)

How have you avoided galvanic corrosion? O.o

By using Nickel barbs which is the standard anyhow. You can add some pure zinc but i done see the need for it. Even so performance in that rig and temp are the same as what they were in 2010. Its also fully stable in.....

Linx (Max memory 20 passes)
Occt (linpack) 1hr
Inel burn test (max memory 20 passes)
Prime 95 (minimum 4 hrs with lastest AVX files)

The cpu is a Golden batch 930, all tests run with Hyperthreading on, with HT off i could get 4.5 easy if i upgraded the early 2008 x58 ram as its the bottleneck and is already running at 1675 overclocked. The early x58 ram dont oc as much as newer ram.

I think Mayhems are innovative Because they dare to push the boundaries of PC water cooling and alter our perception of what can be achieved in terms of, Cooling performance and what looks totally awesome in your rig :)

I think they realized style is just as important as performance to a lot of water cooling enthusiasts, so they gave an easy way to get both.

Contrary to some strongly held beliefs, Mayhems do not infact use sorcery to conjure their milky component refreshing juices but acquire their exotic liquids through undertakings of monumental endeavour, at times dangerous expeditions to far lands, and virtuous diligence. To truly appreciate the contribution by Mayhems it is necessary to know some generally unknown historical context.

Many of the notable expeditionary undertakings in recent times (and thus the subsequent technological and scientific advancements that define the modern age) have therefore been subsidized, in part, as a result of their search of potential coolant chemicals. Such examples include the space race and humanities subsequent tentative exploration of the lunar surfaces, as well as many (but by no means all) exploration of the furthest reaches of our solar system. A little more down to earth examples include Man's investigative descents unto the murky depths of the world's oceans.
Lesser known examples include; Darwin's voyages (and his gross misconduct and abandonment of his mission in pursuit of flighty theories); The discovery of Australia and other inquests into the southern ocean - leading to man's repeated traversal of two distinctly opposing environments ( the polar caps and Australia's baking heartland) in search of the finest coolant juices mother nature may nurture. Even mythological stories can be traced back to their efforts. The legend of Arthur's quest for the holy Reservoir and the search for the Fountain of Youth are a commonly cited examples.

Many have posited their presence as the driving force behind the expansion of the Roman Empire, however their direct political influence at this point in history is not thought to have been sufficient and remains a topic of great controversy within academic circles. What can be conclusively attributed were the sanitary and agricultural advancements that were provided through their development of lead plumbing and aqueduct technologies. The original intention: to regulate forge operation - which could be considered the ancient equivalent of the modern day workhorse of society, the processor - and maintain an adequate supply of pristine alpine water for metallurgical quenching and last but not least provide refreshment to their citizens an escape from the blistering Mediterranean climate. Indeed the application of these cooling technologies to provide indoor heating to homes and public baths was a considered an abuse by many. This betrayal of their core 'cooling' principals culminated in their subsequent rare but welcome forays into the arena of thermal transfer interfaces such as the current limited edition run of water to air heat exchangers. Ultimately it allowed them early on to further advance their expertise in the field of thermal transfer mediums. These technologies formed a key foundational strut of the roman society and civilization. Thus it can be reasonably concluded that the demand of the Roman Empire for natural resources and mineral deposits, like lead ores, to fund and construct both the luxuries of indoor heating and provide its booming citizenry with sustenance and sanitation at the very least indirectly enabled and spurred their expansion.

Back to the topic of their coolant liquids, their production remains a closely guarded secret, with much misinformation spread by well meaning individuals in attempts to replicate the optimum water-cooling loop coolant. What is now known is that they utilize arts which would have been termed a form of alchemy to optimize the fluid characteristics and temperature moderating properties. The extremely time intensive and laborious process involved in both acquiring and then adapting these sourced fluids, requires the hyper-concentrated quenching liquids (termed 'Essence' by alchemicians) be amplified through the skillful application of various techniques. Attempts to mimic their methods is thought to have contributed to the creation of homeopathic practices. Should these claims hold any validity it would make Mayhems the only example out of countless thousands to have successfully applied these theories in practice.

In short, this ancient foresight and continual progressive drive, display in bare the truly innovative nature of the Mayhem's organization, anticipating and developing technologies to satisfy a peoples needs. The commitment and hard work - not to forget modesty - exceeding almost what could be considered possible, towards providing computing component cooling solutions is beyond commendable. Well done gentlemen, very well done indeed.

My hardware toasts to your achievements. (Pun not intended).

Well, either way it would be appreciated :p and forever treated with the care and tendereness one would show a loved one.

Although there is sort of a TL;DR there at the end, but it wouldn't have much sense or meaning without the contextous hillock before it.

come on guys, surely more people want these exclusive one off Radiators in their systems?

even just for bragging rights?

They are obviously chemists but not for them the straightjacket of academia researching chemical reactions no one has heard of and no one cares about. They do something useful and innovative with their chemistry knowledge, they create beautiful fluids to make our computers look interesting. If the great Linus Pauling were alive today no doubt he would want to work with them.
