I think my post was a bit badly worded, didn't mean for it to sound as if it was cancelled or anything.

It's just all the continuity stuff, would be nice to see Smallville go on for a good couple more seasons, and then you get a Superman series out of it when clark finally becomes Superman.

Xbox Marketplace (US) has quite a few of the trailers for the film, and tbh I had my doubts about it, but upon seeing the trailers - I've changed my mind. It looks brilliant and now I can't wait lol

It'll be a bit difficult to get along with the film if you're a smallville fan. I am, and keep expecting Tom Welling, and Kirsten Kreuk to be there.

just watched superman 3 and i've only just Moticed the Lady who plays Clarks mum in smallville is the same as Lana Lang in superman 3!

..and until watching the first superman again i couldnt remember there even being a lana lang.

Only thing thats annoys me abit at the moment is the Smallville series doesnt seem to track with the films at all really in relation to General Zod, Loise lane and lana etc.

Gotta love the smallville Lana though
