Supermarket home delivery services

No its just the first time I bought branded ones online due to not being able to go to a normal pharmacy.

I knew they were expensive, but didn't realize they were that much more until now.

Technically I should get paracetamol and vit D prescribed, but the normal price for both is next to nothing. I can get boxes of 100 tramadols though, but the first box lasted me 18 months, second has gone past 24 cos I refuse to take them when needed and just stay in bed. Free prescriptions, but still not worth abusing that for cheap things.
I thought that paracetamol painkillers and vitamins etc.,were now not available on prescription. That's the things that kill the NHS. Gluten free stuff as well, available at most supermarkets.

They're not available for minor ailments.

They are still available for chronic stuff, but still pointless when you can get 360 x 4000+ IU Vit D tablets for a tenner , and only need 1-2 a week.

Maybe not pointless if you're exempt from payment or have a prepayment certificate. You can also be prescribed larger quatities of painkillers than you can buy yourself.

Well thats the thing I am exempt from paying for prescriptions, but they don't actually allow that as an excuse to prescribe the stuff.

But I can get boxes of 100 opiod pills at a time lol.

You said painkillers are still available on prescription for chronic stuff.

Sorry, I am confusing the two things:

1) Painkiller and vit D prescriptions for chronic joint issues.

2) I am entitled to free prescriptions so prescribe me OTC stuff.

You cannot get 2 without meeting 1 first, and even then its a serious waste of effort trying to anymore.
